Shipping and Returns Policies

We are a small business (it's really just me, myself, and I) creating all of the designs, marketing, website, and social media posts you see.  I utilize the printing services offered through Printify to have my designs printed to order and shipped directly to my customers.  I do the best I can to make sure the printers that I use are creating high quality prints on a timely basis and getting them shipped out quickly.  Most items take 1-3 days of production time, and shipping times will vary depending on the shipping options that you choose in checkout.  I keep a close eye on orders, but if you ever experience an extended delay in getting your order, please feel free to reach out and let me know, so that I can do what I can to get you your order.  

All of our items are made to order, please be sure to triple check that you have selected the correct size and color, before placing your order.  Due to the custom nature of our orders, we will only be able to offer refunds on defective or damaged items.  Customers must notify the business within 7 days of receiving the item to qualify for a return.  We do reserve the right to refuse returns for items that have been used or worn and are not in their original condition.  Refunds may be issued in the form of store credit or original payment method, depending on the situation and what the business decides is most appropriate.  Shipping costs may or may not be refundable depending on the circumstances.
